Hello friends! My name is Kenzie, Owner of MBK Esthetics & Licensed Master Esthetician. I’m here to answer all your skincare questions, & help you achieve beautiful, healthy skin 💙 I started my journey as a Master Esthetician in 2019 after struggling with my own skin. Researching products & ingredients & finding what worked for me, inspired me to want to do the same for others! After receiving my license, I worked at a medical spa where I gained experience working with laser treatments, facials, peels, dermaplaning & microneedling. I was always inspired by my mom who has had her own successful business as a hairstylist for years, so I decided to start my own business using the products & treatments I love & trust. ✨ I truly believe that all skin is beautiful, & everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin. I strive to make sure everyone feels relaxed when they enter & leave my treatment room. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me! 🫶🏻 I totally understand things can happen & try to stay flexible with my cancellation policies/fees. That being said, I do respectfully ask for 48 hour notice for any rescheduling/cancellations. This will give me plenty of time to try & fill your spot with another appointment! If you have somebody you know that can fill your spot with the same original service(s) booked, any fees will be waived. Don’t hesitate to send me a message as soon as possible so we can find a day/time that works better for you! ✨ Cancellations: • Less than 48 hours before appointment: 50% fee • Same Day or less than 12 hours before appointment: 100% fee • No-call/No-Show: 100% fee Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hour notice only once with no fee applied (must be rescheduled before start of appointment). If that same appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled a second time at any point, the original fees will still apply. If the scheduled appointment is part of a package, one treatment will be deducted. If you arrive late to your appointment it may need to be shortened but will still be charged the original price. If you are over 15 minutes late the appointment may need to be rescheduled & a fee will apply. Thank you for understanding 💗
